A build-machine-only address — nobody else can open it. Note: this is unrelated to permit TMP numbers.

Plain-language glossary

  • TMP number — a temporary permit ID (e.g. 26TMP-126099) given at filing before it becomes a full permit. Means “filed today”.
  • Card — one project opportunity, scored for one trade.
  • Card tenant — one contractor client you send cards to.
  • Same-day intel — green pill shown when you alerted the client within 24 hours of detection. Your value proof.
  • Guardrail cap — a note explaining why a score was limited (wrong permit type, older than 7 days, or under $15k so never urgent).
